Lake Arrowhead Home Owners Association

Mission Statement

Lake Arrowhead Home Owners Association (LAHOA) is an advocacy and support organization for the betterment of Lake Arrowhead, its property owners and residents.

LAHOA's objectives are:

• To support the developer and its representatives in all matters beneficial to the Lake Arrowhead community and its members.
• To reserve the right to challenge actions that are deemed not to be in the best interests of the majority and to work for change where change is needed.
• to help enforce existing covenants, to help implement revisions in areas where covenants are flawed, ineffective or non-existent.
• To seek continuous improvements in financial oversight, budgeting, and spending of our funds dedicated to the operations of the common properties owned by the developer.
• To support general community interests such as issues with the county, efforts designed to increase property values, and other long term goals.
