The L A H O A Board recently passed a resolution to wave all
membership fees. Admitting all property owners of Improved or Unimproved Lots to
the Lake Arrowhead Home Owners Association, automatically.
The only requirement is to fill out the form supplied on this web site.
Please be sure to include your Lot and Section numbers (This is found on your
assessment bill.) and your e-mail address.
In a short while you will see some improvements in your Web Site that we hope
you will like. There have been quite a few changes and improvements made by the
L A P O A Board and the General Management over the past year and we would like
to bring you all up to date. There are a lot of folks giving their time and
efforts to improve Lake Arrowheads over-all appearance and Lifestyle. We feel
you need to know the details so the LAHOA Board has taken this step to make it
easier to keep in touch with you on these and other issues.
There's lots happening and going to happen your Community. We hope this change
will benefit us all.
